To install windows 7 service pack 1, first you have need to download it. You can download it form Microsoft site. Select and download which you required after download it you can install it and follow these steps
1. Run windows service pack and click next in install service pack wizard.
2. Next wizard you can choose option automatically restart the computer and then select install
3. Then it will prepare and install the service pack and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete installation.
4. After installation it will restart and next reboot it will configure service pack and when you login windows 7 service pack 1 installed.
You can check it form my computer properties or you can run this command form run “winver”.
